Terms and Conditions

Postage & Delivery

We deliver within Australia and Internationally. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout.

Australia

Postage is by Express Post or Registered Post. Expect your order to be shipped / posted to you within one business day of your payment clearing. Remember if you are paying via direct deposit or it can take up to a week for funds to clear (Due to banks security measures).

 

International

Air Mail: Delivery is typically 3-10 business days.

Express Post International: Delivery is typically 2-5 business days. Tracking is comprehensive depending on the destination country, and signature on delivery security is required. Insurance to the value of $50 is included.

The total cost including delivery will be re-calculated during checkout once you have selected your preferred delivery method, and your delivery address is entered. You can track your order online at (http://auspost.com.au/track/) entering your Tracking ID. Expect your order to be shipped / posted to you within 1-2 business days of your payment clearing. Remember if you are paying via direct deposit or it can take up to a week for funds to clear (Due to banks security measures).

Method of shipping within Australia and internationally is by Australia Post unless otherwise requested. If you would like Extra Cover (Insurance) for either Air Mail or Express Post mention it in your check out comments. Extra Cover is charged at $8.45 for first $100, plus $2.25 for every $100 insured or part there of. Please select at Checkout if your prefer this option.

Returns policy

We will gladly refund or exchange if you return your unused item/s in their original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Any request for refunds or exchanges must be made by telephone 0890211172 (Australia) and +618 9021 1172 (for International callers) or email info@franklynandspencer.com.au within 3 days of receiving your items.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (unwashed and unworn). Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Please contact us for details.

Postage is not refundable on any return of goods, however, if the exchange is for a faulty product we will incurr the postage costs.

Credit Card or Paypal

Pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard,) or Paypal and the transaction will be done within a secure environment. We do not store any credit card details for online transactions.

Direct Deposit

You can place money directly into our bank account via direct deposit.


Please leave your order number as a reference or your order may be delayed while we match the payment. Please note that orders payed by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Orders for which payment has not been received within seven days will be cancelled.
